About Chad

Chad Keppen is the co-founder of Framework Real Estate Group and a North Carolina real estate broker affiliated with NorthGroup Real Estate. He proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout the Raleigh-Durham area, including Wake and Franklin counties.

With more than 20 years of leadership, business operations, and customer-service experience, Chad brings a calm, organized, and results-driven approach to every real estate transaction. He understands that buying or selling a home is more than a financial decision—it is a major life transition that requires clear communication, careful planning, and trusted guidance.

As a U.S. Navy veteran and experienced business leader, Chad values integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. He assists first-time homebuyers, relocating families, move-up buyers, sellers, investors, and clients interested in land or new construction.
